Lower Kindergarten(L.K.G) and Upper Kindergarten(U.K.G) with 2 classes each. Children aged 3.5 years are admitted. Children are taught in a stress-free environment. Unlike other schools, children are not taught forced to learn writing and reading. All form of education is activity based. The usual activity carried is drawing, painting, dancing, gardening, cooking, nature walking.
Teachers are female and children are showered with unconditional love. They feel it as a home away from home. Children in kindergarten are from rural background and school is their first life outside their home and parents’ control. They will join us as a raw clay willing to be molded into a sculpture. Children are taught about every basic life activity including usage of toilet, hygienic practices and other social practices.
Matha, Pitha, Guru, Deivam is the adage emphasized to teach them cultural values. With 80 children, 4 teachers and 1 caretaker, children experience a new family filled with love and value for everything surrounding them. Teachers are given completed freedom to come up with creative ways to nurture the children to shape them into a better human for the world.
